Supported a total of 4 areas within the 777X program (Systems Installation, Rollaround, Composite Wing Assembly and Service Ready Wing). Process production change requests, optimize job sequencing, and initiate opportunities for process improvements within supported areas.Led several enabler projects to reduce unit and standby hours for outgoing assemblies using Lean principles and root cause analysis.Use data and historical trends to create concise visibility data for leadership; set up monthly status projection plans for manufacturing managers to burn down jobs and reach target milestones.Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure rate readiness and support rate changes based on staffing reductions, skill mix, crew cycling, and build plan analysis.
