My background includes 26 years as a massage therapist, reiki therapist, and meditation teacher. I hold an M.A. in Psychology, and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (supervised by Sacred Path Psychotherapy). My therapy style is integrative. I’m trained in coherence therapy, somatic therapy, emotion-focused therapy, parts therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, EMDR, and brainspotting. With my extensive skill-set as a certified massage therapist, I am also able to offer the unique option of somatic bodywork. I hold additional certification as an integrative functional nutritionist specializing in mental health.
