My responsibilities included serving cold or hot food quickly such as salads, eggs, hamburgers, hot dogs, french, fries, and sandwiches. It was also my responsibility for keeping work areas clean and organized, and also keep track of inventory. I was also a very good cashier, that never came up short or stole from the establishment. We served food to truck drivers and their families. I was the assistant to the head cook, with ten other people under me. I spent a lot of time making sure everything was clean and well kept when the next shift came in.
