You needed talent to cover your day. I found it in moments. I scheduled the collection of substitutes for the massive district of Waukegan and placed them every morning in the position that best suited the needs of the students. I organized and dispersed their schedules to a dozen schools each morning to inform them of the talent coming in as coverage. I submitted their collective days and their payroll each month. I was the Substitute Call Master for many years!That's not all. Before the Substitute Call Master position I taught in Waukegan. I entertained hundreds of students daily with my lectures and demonstrations of amazing art techniques. I was the art teacher that worked from a cart, bringing fun and imagination to all students. I loved it and would have stayed longer if I had not had children of my own. I stopped teaching to be home with my kids.
