Building patient rapport for anxious children, implementing techniques such as systemic desensitisation, positive reinforcement and appropriate languages.Adult emergency and waitlist examination dental services, spanning restorative, preventative, prosthodontics, endodontic and oral surgeries. Managing 6-8 appointments per day without a personal dental assistant. Observation and assistance of maxillofacial surgeons in Royal Brisbane Womens Hospital. Cases included mandibular fracture, condylar/ nasomaxillary fractures, impacted wisdom teeth, parotidectomy and neck dissection levels I-IV, amongst other procedures.
