- Manage, with the finance team of two companies, accounting records in accordance with local PRC GAAP and group accounting standards (US GAAP) and maintain adequate reconciliations of both systems. Regularly review the P/L and Balance sheet and ensure excellent quality of the financial reports per both GAAPs. - Responsible for timely reporting including equity reconciliations, KPI reporting package, Board package, and monthly variance comments etc; Prepare board meeting presentations, resolutions for meeting discussion.- In charge of the training and development of team, annual departmental target setting, and team member recruiting / performance review. - Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory and SAFE regulations and ensure timely preparation of the required reports for tax and other governmental bodies; Coordinate administration matters with banks (financing loan related), auditing firms, law firms, consulting companies, insurance companies, etc.-Work closely with the EMEAA Corporate finance team on reporting and analysis topics (weekly conference-calls, meetings in Leaven & Oakbrook)- Draft and update the company financial and internal control policies.- Lead the fiscal, sub-tax subsidies and international funding sponsor projects.- Model and perform many valuable business analyses including product line profitability, Balance sheet, Cash flow projection, working capital analyses, etc.;- Involved in investment scenarios set up & return analyses for Singapore M&A projects, etc.- Establish the sales rolling forecast and lead the whole-year budgeting processes including sales budget, Capex budget, COGS budget, P&L budget, headcount budget, SG&A budget, etc. and reconcile budgets between two GAAPs.
