Senior level consultant responsible for driving the success of the Wells Fargo s Affluent Customer Strategy which is a complex/diverse major product line with a high impact on profitability and success. Partners with sales management to identify and execute unique sales strategies for specific prospects. Consults with private bankers, leadership and other internal partners in the development and strategies for enhancing existing client relationships as well as acquisition of prospective clients. Acts as a business partner in providing necessary tools and resources to relationship managers to deepen and enhance financial products and services within a client's relationship. Analyzes performance trends, identifies developmental needs and provides coaching techniques and recommendations to improve performance. Responsible for direct coaching of private bankers as well as coordination of private banker coaching with managers and Community Bank leadership to increase revenue, improve profitability, provide high-quality customer service, and grow cross-sell. Conducts joint client meetings, pre/post call planning, pipeline reviews, partner closely with Store Managers to regularly review performance, partnership activities, Quarterly Business plans, assess the sales performance, effectiveness and metrics of individual private bankers as well as quarterly performance review of PP&R. Conducts regular team meetings with key partners and serves as the subject matter experts on affluent segment tools and resources as part of the private banker ongoing learning and development. Facilitates partnerships with Wealth Management, Business Banking, Private Mortgage and Home Mortgage and other key business partners.
