Reported to the CEO, oversaw finance, human resources, revenue cycle, and information technology for a value-based geriatric medical practice and care coordination organization. Led development of a five-year financial proforma for the organization; engaged key stakeholders to assess and project P&L performance for all service lines.

Led concept and business plan development, market research, and implementation for various ambulatory strategic initiatives, including Allina Health’s Everyday convenience care service portfolio. Facilitated comprehensive regional ambulatory service planning, which resulted in growth and consolidation opportunities for 10+ clinical service lines. Provided operational oversight and leadership to Penny George Institute for Health and Healing Wellness Program; stabilized operations and significantly improved financial operating performance.

Managed multiple successful independent physician group acquisitions and system-wide strategic partnerships; collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to define, scope, and execute transactions and partnership agreements. Facilitated concept development and strategy formation for a unified clinical service line program across Allina Health; created a brand promise, business case deliverables, and presentation of findings and recommendations to executive leadership for endorsement of program implementation.
