With over 25 years of work experience in various sectors, I am a passionate and dedicated Senior Manager of People and Culture at Partnership for Southern Equity (PSE), a nonprofit organization that advances policies and institutional actions that promote racial equity and shared prosperity in the American South. I have a Women in Leadership certification from Yale School of Management, a BS in Nutrition Science, and a state certification as an esthetician. I leverage my diverse skills and background to support the PSE team in creating a positive and inclusive work environment, enhancing organizational capacity and performance, and fostering a culture of learning and growth. I also mentor and coach members, partners, and stakeholders on topics such as health and wellness, personal and professional development, and social justice. In addition, I am the owner of a consulting firm that provides organizational management, financial management, workshops, staff training, and business start-up services for nonprofits and entrepreneurs. I am driven by a mission to empower individuals and communities to achieve their full potential and to contribute to a more equitable and sustainable society.
