Current• Prepare proposals, reports and other relevant project documents for Project Managers, Project Technologists and clients• Coordinate fieldwork, meetings and other events between Pinchin staff and clients daily while developing and maintaining positive relationships• Track projects through multiple stages of completion to help keep projects on schedule and on budget• Fieldwork experience assisting with simple assessments and bulk sampling of suspect materials• Prepare sample… Show more • Prepare proposals, reports and other relevant project documents for Project Managers, Project Technologists and clients• Coordinate fieldwork, meetings and other events between Pinchin staff and clients daily while developing and maintaining positive relationships• Track projects through multiple stages of completion to help keep projects on schedule and on budget• Fieldwork experience assisting with simple assessments and bulk sampling of suspect materials• Prepare sample information for lab analysis and summarize results into simple email summaries or reports for Clients • Provide administrative support and file auditing for multiple offices including Hamilton, St. Catharines and Barrie• Coordinate with Project Managers to complete project invoicing, contract review and invoice approvalsTypical clients include: financial institutions, scholastic institutions, government facilities, property managers, developers and private and public facilities Show less
