Career Accomplishments: Collaborated with the Board and staff members to form the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee of the Board of Directors, which designed the Foundation’s strategic approach to address inequities faced by seniors.Shaped health and wellness strategic plans, which provided long term permanent housing, HIV/AIDS health and social services, and literacy and educational programs for children from low income families. Designed and implemented initiatives that increased access to care and coverage, which expanded services to the underinsured and uninsured.
