In my previous role as Business Analyst in the Data Services team I am considered to be a technical expert of the Xchanging Claims systems (‘CLASS’) and am the first on-shore point of contact for many off-shore developers and testers. I have project managed, or test managed many high profile projects:2012 - 2013: CRS (Claims Reporting Suite) - I am currently the Xchanging Test Manager on this project, and have also provided advice regarding the source of some of the data. I am to be the analyst for one of the reports. This project is reporting claims information to the Lloyd's market, and its aim is o provide consistent claims information to both Lloyd's and the managing agents. 2010: ECF2 Reports I managed the system testing of the ECF2 Reports, and was responsible for leading the team that have produced system test scripts. I have planned the test execution and communicated problems to the developers. I have attended Market Meetings to discuss problems with the reports.2010: ECF2 I lead the mainframe development and the system testing of the Claims Agreement Screens and was responsible for the delivery of the system. These screens have had relatively few problems in Market Testing. I am also been involved in the implementation of the project.2009: Data & Information – I managed the production of many D&I reports – including reports for XBS and Swiss-re.2008: ECF MI Reports – I project lead the ECF MI project – and was responsible for the delivery of ECF001 – ECF004. These were delivered on time with very few problems. 2007: IUA ECF I project lead the IUA ECF project

I lead a team of mainframe developers and was responsible for their PDRs. During this time I organised team meetings and helped plan the work of the whole of the Folkestone mainframe team. • 2007-2008: I was responsible for the technical design of the mainframe aspects of ECF screens and lead the development team. I was the first point of contact for system testing and Market Testing problems. I also lead the design and development of many of the ECF enhancements that took place after the initial implementation.• I was also involved in the delivery of many XCS CLASS enhancements.Senior Analyst Programmer: 1993-2004 I became involved in CLASS enhancements soon after the system went live. I was also involved in the development of XCS CLASS.
