As a Programs Administrator at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) for over 27 years, I have been responsible for managing and overseeing various human services programs that serve the needs of vulnerable populations in the state. I have applied my project management skills to plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the implementation and performance of these programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, policies, and standards. I have also collaborated with internal and external stakeholders, such as staff, contractors, partners, and clients, to ensure effective communication, feedback, and support. My mission is to improve the quality of life and well-being of the people I serve, and to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within my team and organization. I am passionate about human services and have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this field. I am always eager to learn new skills, adopt best practices, and share my knowledge and experience with others.
