As global lead for HR Operations I manage and oversee the full HR and Payroll requirements which support over 1000 employees currently across 8 countries (Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, France, Belgium and Singapore). My role provides strategic ER & IR advice to management whilst also personally managing global employee relations and dispute resolutions, ensuring global compliance for industrial relations and employment law within each different country and jurisdiction, implementation of various HR initiatives and systems, digital transformation with employee experience.With rapid global expansion over the last two years, we now have 180+ Retail store locations and 3 restaurant venues spanning across the 8 countries with further global expansion imminent.
