    I manage and improve the Delinquent Account Collections Process for approximately 200 homeowner's associations and 30,000 owners in the Raleigh area. I maintain a beautiful balance between exceptional customer service and the firmness necessary for owners to promptly resolve their balances. I'm involved in the legal collections process with our collections attorneys, offering Foreclosure Prevention solutions, and managing bankruptcies. As a member of the Technology Team, I served as Project Manager for the transition from our CMT Accounting System to CINC Accounting, including requirements gathering, testing, change management, and efficient process development. I continue to serve on our Technology Team as we continue to ensure our staff has the best available technology and processes. I also manage several HOA websites. I enjoy involvement with the Community Associations Institute and discussing legislation with North Carolina's elected officials.
