• Responsible for P/L in excess of $11 million for Axway Professional Services Delivery Center. • Actively work with Service Line Directors across all verticals (Healthcare, Federal, Supply Chain and Financial Services) to manage pipeline accounts and opportunities. • Actively participate in strategic and business planning and develop strategies for long term profitability.• Evaluate operations results, take corrective actions and establish controls. • Build, develop and retain high performing Enterprise Project Managers for the Professional Services delivery team.• Developed a new training strategy to onboard new PMs as well as implemented monthly and annual training initiatives to improve communication within PSO, cross-functional collaboration with other departments, and identify and execute against a shared vision of departmental and organizational goals.• Proactively work with Enterprise Project Managers to maximize revenue and increase margins. • Requested by Executive Leadership to represent PSO in the definition of a Tier 1 account strategy by building a cross functional interaction model for implementations.
