CFO & Operations Manager, since 2015 I'm co-founder in Lightware Italia together with Adriano D'Alessio. Our company is the reference point for the italian market of Lightware Visual Engineering. I am in charge of the financial and strategic management of the company, supervising the administrative and accounting department and coordinating all operations involving customers, suppliers, banks, consultants, contributors and Lightware Italia team. I manage and coordinate, supervise and optimize all business processes, thanks to the professional skills developed and consolidated over the years. We guarantee reliability and quality, thanks to a serene and engaging work environment, even in competitive contexts. We stand out ourselves by capacity, flexibility and passion. I'm an engineering final year student, but I also studied Architecture, as I have always been passionate about it. Indeed, I have also worked in this area, organizing exhibitions and events. I like art and music, I play guitar, and I love playing sports, in fact I recognize its positive impact on my professional performance and I am committed to promoting its benefits. I am a mother of three teenagers, so I am familiar with the importance of time management in personal and professional life. I am a creative but also a very rational person, and this allows me to deal enthusiastically with the commitments of everyday life and achieve the goals set also.
