Responsible for management of 20+ field technicians. Performance reviews and implementation of reviewing metrics with team members. Problem solving, corrective action up to and including termination, monitoring training and progression of acquired skills. In this position I also maintained the management position of the CS Department.

Managed a team of six Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities included hiring, new hire orientation, training, customer resolution and retention expert.

In this role I essentially became the voice second only to the President. While keeping him on track was part of the position, I was an extension of Greg and trusted with making decisions and getting results.

Responsible for the coordination and planning for the service department including: performance reviews, streamlining training procedures, administration of corrective action and coaching.

Primary duties included customer service, scheduling and dispatch. Data entry along with parts ordering and general administrative tasks.
