Vox is a consultative body made up of elected representatives across business areas within the AXA Health and AXA - Global Healthcare. AXA Health and AXA - Global Healthcare isn't unionised and Vox represents all employees and managers. As the Head of Vox, I'm responsible for leading the employee representative group for all employees (known as Vox) across AXA Health and AXA - Global Healthcare. I provide a focus for collecting and presenting the views of our employees to AXA Health local management in a balanced and professional manner and encourage active consultation with the management committee during all business change. I also represent employee’s interests at AXA UK Joint Consultative Committee meetings and European Works Council meetings.

Managing a team of seven people who investigate discrepancies on behalf of both our individual and corporate members to identify if AXA PPP are in a position to cover a members cost of a claim either through cover or outside of our usual rues. Day to day responsibilities: - Managing workload for commitments which are raised via other areas of Customer Service, also High Value claims checking, making sure we adhere to service levels. Support the team through 1:1's, performance reviews, career coaching/mentoring, technical training, signing off anything over £1K limits and releasing claims up to £35k.
