Recruited to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business clients and the HR generalists. Led strategic organizational change initiatives, assessed and evolved organization design at all levels of the organization, and enabled values-based leadership. Conceived and facilitated formal and informal learning programs. Directly managed firm-wide HR initiatives and processes. Appointed as process owner for the Managing Director talent pipeline. (The Managing Directors are the principal client relationship leaders for IBM’s 100 most critical accounts.) Oversaw the Managing Director appointment approval process including identification, assessment and selection of lead candidates. Managed the talent pipeline including identification and development of Managing Director candidates. Conceived, designed and piloted a group mentoring program to ensure appropriate experiences and skill building earlier in a candidate’s career. Key input to annual succession planning process.

Designed, developed and launched a variety of strategic HR programs and tools to strengthen employee development and increase organizational effectiveness. Spearheaded stakeholder engagement efforts to secure BU executive buy in to the programs. Cultivated BU and regional deployment teams. Experience includes Business Strategy/Transformation, IT Strategy, e-Business and ERP implementation, Change Management, and Organizational Design/Effectiveness. Was key contributor to proprietary IBM Package Enabled Business Transformation methodology adopted by IBM Distribution Industry Consulting Unit worldwide. Co-developed and conducted enablement training in its use. Recruited for special assignment to design and deliver new hire orientation program for all IBM’s new hire consultants. Managed consulting skills development of 83 MBA new hires, providing rotations through 7 different industry consulting units and facilitating best organizational fit.
