The role of the Executive Integration Lead (EIL) is to provide a signature onboarding experience to newly hired executives across geos and business units, and to support, coach and plan their integration during the critical first year of their journey in IBM. In this role, the EIL is responsible to coordinate all pre-onboarding activities according to the Executive Onboarding process. Specific Responsibilities • Collaborate with our Executive Search recruiters and operations teams on a regular basis to discuss candidate pipeline reports manage new hire’s assets and deliverables build customized onboarding guidance materials.• Hold briefing calls with the Executive Enablement support team.• Conduct regular status calls with the new executive learning.• Coach executive hires on how to navigate the organization and how to leverage their strengths to execute their strategy, build impactful relationships and drive IBM’s culture forward.• Data integrity - Maintain a weekly report for candidate pipeline and status.• Have initiative to engage with Executives, Business Leaders, Managers, and HR leaders.• Apply creativity to solve for complex challenges and to enhance the candidate experience. • Event planning, management and running virtual ExecStart EMEA event. • Identify projects and process gaps, leading into full projects to improve the program. The HR Business Partner drives and is responsible for the local implementation of HR strategy, and is the single point of contact for all people processes, accountable for HR policy execution and ensuring efficient, consistent and fair process implementation. The HR Business Partner is the voice of the client to the HR organisation and the voice of HR to the client, acting as the management conscience and employee champion. The HR Business Partner develops insight into the business strategy and uses their HR expertise to drive actions through the people agenda to respond to key business priorities. My main goal in this role is to manage the graduate recruitment process from the initial application stages to making offers of employment to successful candidates. During my time in the role I have successfully recruited over 350 Graduates into the IBM in this hiring period, 2014.Day to day activities in this role include liaising with key stakeholders of the IBM business units to discover their hiring needs & match candidates to roles available. The Student Recruitment Officer is responsible for running the Futures, Industrial Trainee and Extreme Blue student pro-grammes and Apprenticeship Scheme. This involves everything from liaising with the businesses on their demand, dealing with pipeline and current requests, dealing with all applicants, running interview days, managing 2 students and liaising with all levels of management to obtain relevant information to offer students roles on to the schemes.• Understanding of student hiring demand across all lines of business. The role of Project Services Consultant is to provide support to users, and its focus is on becoming an expert in supporting Rational Portfolio Manager (RPM) at a world-wide level to aid users in any problem/s they experience with the tool. • Taking a leadership role on 1 or 2 specific areas;• Testing new system releases.• Producing a variety of support materials;• Solving problems related to IBM's standard Methods and PM Tools;• Working with Level 3 support colleagues to resolve complex problems;• Handling new requirements, documenting as appropriate and channelling via the correct processes on behalf of users; • Presenting and promoting the tools Project Services Supports and Capture and reporting of various metrics.• Lead the process updates within the Project Services Team• Manage the business as usual work with Romania, team of 16

A Resource Manager is responsible for a (service product line) SPL or group of SPLs based on workload assessment and business demands. The role of the Resource Manager is to provide a focal point for the area to which they are aligned and own the complete resource solutions for the SPL demand.Specifically, the Resource Manager will work with the SPL management team, the Sales Specialists and Delivery Managers, communicate with these groups to make the most efficient use of available resource, through planning, tracking, prioritising and owning issues. They will drive requests through the process to ensure closure via the most appropriate cost effective methods. • Drive resource fulfilment of the selected opportunities and signed contracts through the most appropriate channel either internally or externally.• Guide and assist SPL in the resource process.• Act as a focal point for resource issues and escalation for the area which they are aligned. • Own fulfilment of sub-contractor requirements and track onboard sub-contractors to enable timely extensions.• Ensure that all resource management tools are maintained, managed and up-dated.• Produce status report KPI’s.• Provide relevant management information for area of responsibility.• Any additional key activities resulting from new RM programmes, policies, processes, tools an initiatives, or as directed by Manager. • Develop resource demand to feed into all the capacity planning and workforce strategy processes.• Ensure all resource movements onto, within & out of the competency are carried out according to RM Processes and guidelines.• Interlock with other SPL Resource Managers and into central RM areas.
