I assisted the nurses with the children, i took vitals, helped with ADLS, iv flushes, tube feedings, tracheotomy care, patient teaching. I floated to every floor helping as well.

I worked for an internal company where i floated all over the hospital where needed, i took vitals, assisted nurses with psych patients, and took I&OS and assisted with ADLS. Anything need really.

I worked for 5 internal medicines doctors and one 1 rheumatologist as a float, there i worked with the doctors each day one on one. I roomed patients, took, vitals, did ekg, cumadin checks, injections and wound care. I also refilled prescriptions per doctors orders and scheduled tests and did patient teaching and scheduling.
