I am currently engaged in a daily practice of perfecting my skills in art and design, supported by my study of Residential Interior Design at RISD (Rhode Island School of Art and Design).In my former career, I was an award-winning, National Director of Sales in the Proptech/SaaS world, adept at leading large teams of 60+ team members across the US. I exceeded revenue targets to budget over multiple years by creating positive culture within my teams, driving both optimum performance and employee satisfaction. I earned a reputation as a respected thought leader and partnered with executive leadership on many key projects including pricing, positioning, event planning, and performance management. Many of my direct and indirect reports successfully transitioned from sales to management, earned President's Club wins, and continue to be widely recognized as top performers.I look forward to calling upon my diverse skill set as I move my career in a design-focused direction.
