HR director / CPO / CHRO / People lead, I work at executive level along side the leaders of the business to create the strategy and then drive the delivery. I am known for getting things done!Most of my senior experience is in professional services and over the last 6 years in PE backed ventures. I work best in organisations in transformation and growth. I focus on developing the strategies and infrastructure that can sustain their ambitions and scale with them when they grow.I coach - my client base ranges from school leavers working out their choices to CEOs and everything in between. I can help anyone who is transitioning into a new role or unclear unclear on their direction. I do this through walking through the mist to get the clarity they need to make the choice that is right for them. And hopefully they will enjoy the adventure along the way.
