Supported the bureau through a successful merger with neighbouring bureau to form Three Rivers Citizens Advice. Ensured the extension and refurbishment of the bureau was completed on time and on budget. Gained CLS Quality Mark Accreditation for the bureau. Secured additional funding and contracts for the bureau.

Managing a team of 50 volunteers and 14 staff. Set up a number of outreach projects in settings such as New Hope Trust and HMP The Mount. Involved in the recruitment and training of Advisers and Specialist Caseworkers,

Set up the Foyer with the Manager and recruited and trained the staff team. Secured funding and sponsorship as there were no training resources or funding in place when the Foyer was set up. Devised in house training to improve employment, health and life skills with the 16-25 year old residents of the Foyer. I also set up a successful mentoring project with two large local employers.
