During a challenging economic climate Pat Burns and I developed one of the most highly regarded Invasive Weeds Consultancy / Contractors in the UK - KleerKut Ltd. This company is based in central Scotland and manages contracts north of the border.However after an approach to replicate our success now south of the border I am delighted to introduce Smart Knotweed Solutions - however more about that later.KleerKut (and Smart Knotweed Services) specialise in the management and eradication of non-native weeds controlled by UK legislation; such as Japanese Knotweed, Giant Hogweed & Himalayan Balsam. We specialise in working in the construction and commercial sectors. Our extensive experience in the construction industry allows both companies to provide fully designed site specific remediation packages. We work directly with the project engineers, understanding the constraints and requirements of each development, we find cost effective practical solutions which have minimal impact on the environment.Pat and I worked closely with Property Care Association with Pat sitting on the UKs first Invasive Weeds Group and myself being an examiner for the Certified Surveyor of Japanese Knotweed (CSJK) training programme provided by the PCA.The net result of the business development was that during one of the UK’s toughest economic climates, particularly for Construction Industry, Kleerkut Ltd developed into one of the most successful Invasive weeds Specialist companies in the UK.I am looking forward to bringing you more of the same south of the border!

After great success with our Scottish Invasive Weeds Company, KleerKut, in 2017 I was delighted to be approached to work with group of like minded individuals with the view to developing a similar enterprise covering England and Wales.Working with experienced contractors & spraying technicians, I am supporting them in the technical areas to ensure we are offering the same quality professional service throughout the building industry.
