I have designed & delivered L&D curriculum and blended offerings both in live classroom environments as well as leveraging digital platforms for virtual learning people experiences.I am an experienced & certified facilitator, with a coaching approach to my human centred design. I love to see others discover their potential & leverage their strengths with confidence. I enjoy working differently through facilitation and co-creation. I love designing and delivering learning programs for individual growth and team development, enhancing organisational growth and leadership best practice for business transformation.I'm not a fan of the term 'Soft Skills', I prefer to think of them as 'Essential Skills' - which makes up part of my subject matter expertise.
