I have a strong background in the aeronautical industry where I completed many years of study as well as having a wealth of experience. I have been able to excel in this area due to my passion for aircrafts. I am currently working as a Product Support Engineer where I support military and general public customers. I provide troubleshooting procedures to their problems and I liaise and work in conjunction with the technical team in order to provide a solution to customers. I deal with the Technical Publication Office in order to improve maintenance instruction for customers. In addition, I manage the development and the validation of the technical bulletin and I liaise with the material department who supply spares; this enables us to support customers.After graduating I worked as an Integrated Logistic Support Manager where my main responsibility was to manage the contract of after helicopter sales. I was responsible for the delivery of spare parts, tools as well as technical support, technical publications and training.
