Test and qualify for each drug being manufactured.Visually inspects the efficacy, quality and safety of manufactured drug products. Records and reports all defective units and inconsistencies in batch records. Follow all gowning requirements for working in a clean room environment. Follow all SOP and GMP practices as required by company and FDA regarding documentation practices and sanitation practices within a clean room environment.

Evaluate resumes and conducts phone screens with applicants. Owns full cycle recruiting including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process. Leverages all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.Manages strategic relationships with senior level stakeholders. Creates a solid pipeline of applicants for all roles. Ensures an impressive candidate experience through communication, & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format.
