I had the opportunity to become Scrum Master in 2014. We, as a Team, learned Scrum together at OPIT Kft, and in December of 2014, I've become certified at Scrum Alliance.At OPIT, Evosoft, Avon Global IT, as a Scrum Master, I used to facilitate the usual scrum meetings, took care of the peak of the Backlog-ice-berg, kept contact with the international POs, checked velocity - in an exciting learning pathh I've collected many experience. At evosoft Hungary Kft I had the fortune to work in an excellent scrum master team - learning how to coordinate scrum in a scaled project, and we had the space of exercising of being agile.It was really colourful period of nearly five years. I learned a lot about development teams, processes, and how to handle situations, conflicts, people, even myself, as well.In July 2019. I joined to Magyar Telekom, as an Agile Coach. I learnt a lot about the processes of Finance area, the big-companys' transformation, and how to use the power of questions in advisory role.We worked in several agile coach teams, used all kind of agile practices, tailoring practices, truly "plan-do-check-act". There were several missions, achievements, week by week, month by month, so life-long learning is basic at Magyar Telekom.At company level, we worked with OKR settings and quarterly plannings with the management. At tribe level I step up as an advisor, facilitate workshops, like value stream mapping, lessons' learned, and I created trainings in agile topics. At the squad level I helped the teams to understand the framework, processes, serving them by retrospective meetings.At Zeiss Digital Hungary, I've landed in a new field for me: healthcare. I am a Scrum Master again, who is learning a lot about the company, healthcare products, and practicing SAFe, collaborating with international partners. In 2023 december I've become Certified SAFe 6 Agilist.I can support the team with regular scrum master activities here, trainings and workshops. I believe in team spirit: give them smart goals, empower them, stand for the 5 scum values, rely on them, and be with them! Lead by example, as much, as you can!
