Provided support to the IT-Vice Presidents. This required ensuring the leadership and management teams under Vice President(12 directors, 30+ managers) were aware, understood, and would adhere to metrics that were being produced, which measured the health of the IT Solutions area. The main criterion to succeed in this position was to have excellent communication skills that spanned across all reporting levels (associate to Vice President), both internal and external to the solution area.
