-Provides oversight of the global mobility function, drives its strategy, and partners with leaders from the business and internal support functions. -Manages the overall performance of the global mobility program, team, and vendors to achieve business and talent goals. -Responsible for governance of mobility policies and processes, for the delivery of an exceptional experience to employees and business stakeholders, and for the management and mitigation of risk.-Builds and develops a team of subject matter experts and delivery specialists, creating an environment in which team members use their strengths and grow in their careers.

• Providing guidance to Liberty Mutual's business units on mobility-related decisions such as estimating costs for particular international assignments and advising managers on policy selection and assignment duration. • Performing analysis on each employee's unique case and providing consultation to management on solutions/options/risks and recommendations for various global mobility program components (tax matters, immigration, housing, education, home country issues, host country issues, costs, timing, family considerations, social security, employee benefits, etc.). • Appropriately counseling employees and the business units on moderately complex tax matters and coordinating with external legal counsel on immigration issues. • Personally delivering (and through vendors) outstanding customer focused consultation and support to assignees, such as: coordinating physical moves; assisting with tax and other compliance issues; assisting assignees and their families with acculturation and integration; and, delivering HR services during an assignee's time abroad. • Providing feedback to management regarding current policies and suggesting changes. Ensuring processes are efficient to enable high quality service that is cost effective, consistent, easy to use, manage, and administer. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the internal business units and our vendors to ensure smooth delivery of global mobility services.
