Work with management team to identify and plan for human resource requirements to meet business needs, building organizational & people capabilities, focus on organization evolution to support critical growth through MRR, drive succession plan to build up a healthy talent pipeline, set the talent pool according to behavior based Talent selection/Competency based talent Development & Evaluation, conduct career conversation to encourage internal transfer and promotion. 2. Establish a robust Learning & Leadership platform, define a business oriented training plan covering technical and soft skill catalogue, work with Asia Pacific to set up a professional internal trainer team in supporting and delivering, drive a systematic leadership program for leaders of different layers. 3. Work with employees to form an efficient interaction, expand communication channels, such as suggestion box, official accounts, all hands meeting, regular roundtable meeting, ECI Survey to meet employees’ reasonable requirement, recognize employee’s right behavior and deliveries, create a positive, open HR communication and cooperation between HR and function departments, continually improve employee’s deeply engagement and team morale. 4. Facilitate the annually performance review and administrate the yearly salary adjustment under the corporate guideline.5. Leverage CIS in HR & Admin processes to increase efficiency and productivity, standardize HR functional process and related people management matrix such as Turnover, overtime…etc. 6. Take charge of all functions and manage daily administrative operations, such as canteen, shuttle bus, greening, express…etc. Provide high quality operation service.

1. Support HR Manager establish the human resource and administration policies and systems, recruit 30+ headcounts for the new stamping factory within 6 months; 2. Establish and improve training system, including policy establishment, resource integration and training processes management, take lead in conducting different training and people development programs to support new business strategy;3. Drive different people engagement programs such as annual outing, annual party, kinds of leadership workshop, roundtable meeting.4. Supervise administrative operation, contract management, P-file management, Hukou application, working and business visa application, shuttle bus management, canteen management;5. Responsible in providing support to internal, external or 3rd party audit and test, make sure all issues are under control.

1.Implement employee lifecycle processes efficiently, such as recruiting, internal people movement, leaving, etc. Review and coordinate the new hire, transfer, termination and employees’ personnel change processes to ensure process and data are in accordance with established policies, procedures and timelines. 2.Carry on the orientation and related culture training for new employees, conduct kinds of people development programs and maintain related training material in training system to support employees career in accordance with business development. 3. Manage all the employees' attendance review and calculate salary monthly. Draw up payroll summary in month, and provide assistance for function departments to evaluate performance appraisal. 4. Engage in the identification and verification of work injure and application for the Non-standard Working Hour System, make sure all process meets Chinese labor law. 5. Support in related 5.internal and external audit.
