Provided administrative support to one Asset Manager, two Leasing/Sales brokers and lease administration for a portfolio of 20 office buildings located throughout the Southeast. Duties included managing new and current tenant lease process, marketing buildings for lease or for sale, and property budgets preparation. Applications utilized are MS 2007, Kardin and CoStar.

Was originally hired as an Administrative Assistant and worked my way up to an Executive Assistant then to Lease Administrator. Along the way provided administrative support to tenant/landlord rep brokers both office and industrial. Supported two Managing Directors. As lease administrator, managed leasing for several Class A Atlanta office buildings to include 1100 Peachtree and the office towers at Atlantic Station.
