Lead organization in a process reorganization that resulted in improved engineer quality of life, a refocus of the engineers to be proactive vs reactive, mass reduction in paging events and overall cross department confidence improvement in the organization's ability to deliver on commitments.Also led engineers in improved estimating techniques, introduced the use of acceptance criteria and story grooming. In this role, I was the owner of the organization Flagship product. This was a full stack .net application with a SQL Server backend.
