Supported caseload of approximately 200 individuals with disclosed disabilities. Assisted them in the support needed to successfully allocate quality employment opportunities. Specialized in those with Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, and those on the Autism Spectrum. Trained and developed new counselors hired into the office. Managed caseload budget.
