Administered the Section 8 Rental Assistance program for Siskiyou, Lassen and Modoc Counties, this included income assessments, rent calculations, landlord negotiations and home inspections when a family moved in, emergency and annually. Developed a software program to track and calculate income and rents for nearly 300 Section 8 clients. As the program expanded I sought out a software vendor and was able to participate in the development of it providing technical assistance. Assisted the Executive Director with employee relations and office management.
