With over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health and criminal justice sectors. I am a Compliance Coordinator with TASC, Inc., a non-profit behavioral health organization that provides advocacy, case management, treatment and re-entry services to at-risk youth and formerly incarcerated individuals. I am also pursuing a degree in Psychology at South University, with an expected graduation date of May 2025. In my current role, I oversee the internal compliance audits, quality assurance reviews, and staff training programs for the organization, ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards of quality, ethics, and accountability. I also supervise the support services team, managing the daily operations, hiring process, and work procedures. Some of the skills that I use and develop in my work are office administration, communication, employee training, data analysis, and problem-solving. I am passionate about the mission of TASC, Inc., which is to reduce the harm caused by substance use and mental health disorders, and to promote recovery and justice for individuals and communities. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the positive outcomes and impact of our programs, and to learn from the diverse perspectives and experiences of our clients, staff, and partners.
