With my professional background within American Express and American Express National Bank, I was mentoring new hires to elevate team performance. Our organization consistently met and surpassed service level agreements, setting new benchmarks for deceased account processing and regulatory adherence.I have worked both remotely prior to Covid-19 and work well alone as well as a team player. I have participated in training new hires and sharing my best practices within the companies I’ve worked for Outside of working I am a mother who enjoys spending time with my children.
