I think outside of the box, and am committed to my work. I have over 10 years working in the financial industry taking on numerous roles. I have 3 years experience in Consumer Advocacy Analyst; I have a passion for the analytical financial advocacy role within the bank. With a professional backdrop in Consumer Advocacy Analyst and customer service, my role at LendingClub harnessed my abilities in multi-tasking. With my professional background within American Express and American Express National Bank, I was mentoring new hires to elevate team performance. Our organization consistently met and surpassed service level agreements, setting new benchmarks for deceased account processing and regulatory adherence.I have worked both remotely prior to Covid-19 and work well alone as well as a team player. I have participated in training new hires and sharing my best practices within the companies I’ve worked for Outside of working I am a mother who enjoys spending time with my children. I’m a passionate skier (it’s a family hobby, and it is incredibly fun.)In my spare time I enjoy reading, spending time with my friends and family.
