Principales responsabilidades:- Definir y priorizar iniciativas que generen valor para los usuarios alineado a la estrategia Global de Mercado Libre.- Impulsar y apoyar el desarrollo de las personas del equipo orientado a los resultados y a la ejecución con excelencia alineado con la esencia de la compañía.- Impulsar la mejora continua y priorizando la calidad de los desarrollos con el equipo.- Trabajar con lideres de otros equipos del área - Participar activamente en hiring plan del área.

* Increased quality of delivered software by 20% across multiple projects anddedicated teams.* Create the training plan for 70% of the collaborators and coach the development leaders.* Support the contracting process for the consolidation of the development area and management of outsourced development factories, increasing capacity by 40%.* Support the design and RoadMap of the product, to guarantee homogeneity in different versions for National and Latam clients.* Support in demand management to operational management, organizing and prioritizing projects.* Support the definition of the development area processes and the definition of the product to be delivered and its metrics.

* Guide 5 software development teams where Business Analysts, Developers and Testers participate, promoting agile principles and values in the teams.* Definition of the methodological framework for the creation of products based on Scrum, Kanban and Lean principles mainly and guiding the creation of OKR in teams and individuals.* Management of outsourced collaborators for development assigned to team projects.

* Technical leadership of custom development projects, with a global vision of the product together with training and support for engineers from the development team.* Product RoadMap design and scope and schedule negotiation with managers and customers
