Performed a variety of analytical methods and efficiently managed large workloads while staying ahead of sample due dates and holding times. Followed standard operating procedures performing methods including ion chromatography, cyanide and phenols distillation and analysis, biochemical oxygen demand, determination of nitrite by spectroscopy, and total dissolved solids on water samples. Used a laboratory information management system and chromatography data system often.

Worked in the Domaille research group on developing dynamic hydrogels. Primarily used UV-vis and NMR spectroscopy to determine reaction kinetics and characterize organic synthesis products.
