As a Principal Enterprise Architect, I am able to build on my Security Architect Sr role. I have taken on mentorship responsibilities for the new hires in our department. I continue to assess emerging technologies and capabilities to include in the technology standards landscape. The teams will work together to develop architectural and solution building blocks as part of the TOGAF architecture framework. I also work with teams directly to assist them to comply with published standards and review application designs to remove technology blockers. I will additionally research and internally publish research on best practices on technology implementations in line with the NIST framework.

As a Security Architect Sr., I continued my work as a Security Architect to work with colleagues on my team and in development roles to assess emerging technologies and new capabilities to include in the technology standards landscape. The teams will work together to develop architectural and solution building blocks as part of the TOGAF architecture framework. I also work with teams directly to assist them to comply with published standards and review application designs to remove technology blockers. I will additionally research and internally publish research on best practices on technology implementations in line with the NIST framework.

As a part of the Security Architecture team, I would provide Security review services to Enterprise Architecture and act as an Enterprise Architect for the Security team. I would review applications for compliance to security standards throughout the corporation. Additionally, I would review new technologies, participate in RFPs, and provide recommendations on technology to be brought into the company.

As part of the Enterprise Architecture team, I established strategic and transitional architectures for specific technology segments. After identifying gaps in existing standards I would review already owned technology to expand use of those standards to fill the gaps or investigate new technology to bring it in house. I was also instrumental in standing up process and procedure for authoring and approving Architecture and Solution Building Blocks per the TOGAF framework.

As part of the Realtime Sanctions Screening technology team, I would lead the team to design, implement, and maintain a robust, highly available system responsible for screening each transaction at the bank to ensure compliance to OFAC regulations.

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Kofax Imaging Software across BNY Mellon. Also designed and wrote custom code necessary to seamless integrate Kofax into the BNY Mellon systems.

Owned and operated a small business to assist other small businesses in designing and implementing a Web presence before the time of social media. Included server ownership, domain management, and full end-to-end responsibility of the systems required to support complete e-commerce solutions.
