I created checklists, standard tenant and landlord templates and put systems in place, so that our property management division could work timely, whilst focusing towards our future growth. I managed the rent roll ensuring that I secured quality tenants and maintained the trust account with zero rent arrears, ensuring that I had market rent percentage increases for lease renewals, with a continual focus on increasing our stakeholders return on investment. Portfolio Risk Management is controlled with the use of REI Master, Realworks, Docusign, Hubspot, Inspect Live and Mailchimp, all working in symmetry to maintain a tidy portfolio with processes and procedures in place.
