To affect change through Fitness Australia’s communications and relationships; broaden and improve the information to the fitness industry, and enhance the perceptions of the fitness industry amongst other sectors.- Developed and executed engaging marketing plans involving PR, social media, publications, advertising, direct marketing, SEO optimisation, content-marketing and events- Managed a team to achieve timely implementation of projects and campaigns with a limited budget whilst not compromising standards or quality- Managed B2B member communications - Worked with sponsors and partners on member communications to achieve common goals whilst keeping brand integrity- Prepared and distributed internal communications to support change management and gain buy-in on the organisation's change journey- Developed and implemented new websites including front-end public-facing sites and member portals with web developers and designers- Managed content strategy and execution including writing and editing of communications across print and digital platforms using an audience-relevant tone of voice- Lead the development and management of the Grow Your Fitness Business member product including project team selection, marketing and positioning strategy, micro-site brief, overseeing the micro-site development, complex member toolkit, execution of B2B marketing campaign and communications- Analysed member data to support data driven decisions, and to continuously optimise campaigns

- Planned and implemented a government funded fitness industry education campaign to encourage referral pathways with State Government Get Healthy Services- Worked closely with other NGO’s as part of the National Physical Activity Alliance involving organisations such as the National Heart Foundation, the Cancer Council, and the Dietitians Associations- Worked closely with the CEO to plan and deliver a national advocacy campaign to federal government, the fitness industry and other key stakeholders, including collaboration with Deloitte Access Economics on the submission to the Federal Treasury Department- Wrote and distributed a broad range of communications to promote and support advocacy initiatives including member publications and media releases- Worked as part of the project team to plan and deliver Fitness Australia’s Reconciliation Action Plan- Planned and delivered a NSW Government funded initiative to educate and support the fitness industry on creating more inclusive environment for older adults; Older Fitter Better
