I have 15+ years of experience in HR and Payroll system implementations including PeopleSoft, Lawson, ADP and Ceridian. These implementations included self-service modules and multiple language capabilities. I also have 15+ years of experience in senior payroll management that include federal tax reporting as well as state and local tax reporting in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. I managed payroll implementations in various countries in South and Central American, Asia Pacific, Canada, Africa and the Caribbean. These implementations have given me working knowledge of taxation and labor laws in these countries. I oversaw Deltek timekeeping implementations in the US, Indonesia, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica, the Bahamas, Kenya, Zambia, and Tanzania and currently working with an implementation in Canada with implementations planned for Germany and Great Britain. I am the Payroll and HR Systems lead on The Nature Conservancy's New Geographies team and served as the Business Lead for Human Resources on Technology Information Systems’ Major Systems Initiative Cabinet.
