I’m not going to lie I am a bit crazy! I love throwing myself into high pressured environments and challenging the status quo.I have two true passions in my working career that I get drawn to, recruitment and temporary traffic management. Both are exceptionally fast-paced and utilise a broad range of skills.I’ve been involved in some interesting projects/situations in my life and have most certainly been thrown some curve balls. Recently I’ve made a tough decision to try and slow down a bit and had someone open my eyes for me that showed me it was time for a change of environment. I’m still figuring out my true purpose in life and trying to live my best self. For now I’m going to continue doing what I love doing and that is focussing on the people development and striving to drive better equality and diversity within females in my industry.

DirectorSelf Employed Feb 2011 - Oct 2013Hamilton, New ZealandOur business had been servicing New Zealander's since 1998, we wanted to re-brand the company and give back to the community in areas that not only affect us but also our clients and candidates.Venturing into the "temporary placement" market in 2011 gave our clients another option to help grow their business, thus giving us the ability to offer them the full package. With our permanent market we offered 2 angles, one where we helped a client fill their vacancy and worked with them in their business to ensure the right candidate is placed for them to maximise their investment. The second where we work with candidates to "market" them to our client base to give them an opportunity to explore other areas they might not have explored previously. Our goal in the market was to ensure our client's and candidates had a memorable experience utilizing our services and they continued to see us as part of their workforce to help aid them in all HR related areas. Our aim was to be a fun, upbeat business who believed in providing exceptional service and who enjoyed "getting our hands dirty" to fill roles all across New Zealand. Our biggest goal - giving our clients and candidates the tools to help"unlock their potential".
