Complete cost and price analysis techniques for cost, price, changes, and final contract award. Coordinates divisional services and manages the administration of the Traffic Operations Center. Coordinates the development of unit and departmental budgetary requirements. Directs special projects and oversees field maintenance crews' daily operations. Provides training, as needed, to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines. Conduct price and cost data for the administration of awards for contracts. Develop scopes of work, schedules, detailed fee estimates, contract criteria, and other pertinent documentation. Assists with contract negotiations changes with A/E firms in coordination with agency representatives and manages the overall planning and design phase of projects. Conduct and provide financial recommendations for direct and indirect cost for reports and data.

Conduct field inspections and managed projects concerning various signal/signs/pavement marking/roadway lighting. Conducted various field reviews and assisting in planning and implementation of special events and future roadway improvements.
