Having earned a degree in Communications and Sociology, it's safe to say that people are my passion. As for the Business Development side of my job, I have implemented a new Point of Sale system for the company in which their stock and inventory is properly tracked across all platforms (sales channels, accounting etc) and they have an accurate system in place for determining future trends in their brick and mortar location. It is also a crucial part of my role to analyze data from platforms such as Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics, to determine trends and make recommendations based on that data to increase variables such as traffic and performance to the website.
