Angela Rubino is an inspired, accomplished, action- and connection-driven co-active coach, educator, facilitator and leadership specialist; expert at creating learning friendly spaces; adept at helping others uncover and discover hidden strengths; and inspiring individuals, groups and teams to move beyond perceived limits. A lifelong health and fitness enthusiast who constantly seeks to further develop herself, Angie is a Certified Pilates Instructor who strongly believes in the immense power of the mind, body and soul connection. Through this practice she has re-aligned her posture, has become more present to the moment, and has learned to listen to the voice of intuition to which each has access.
As a Co-Active Coach and CTI Leadership graduate, she loves to inspire people to lead the lives that inspire them. Using Co-active coaching principles, Angie works with you with an open heart and open mind to help clients uncover what is holding them back from living a truly authentic and inspired life. Together, client and coach, at this time work toward that life. Angie then holds you accountable in such a way that you feel supported and heard as you achieve what was previously way too daunting. Angela has a Bachelor of Education with a Major in French, and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Dalhousie University who has also worked as a writer for private business and the province of Ontario.
