My job entails many facets to running this small – medium business. I am responsible for Customer account maintenance, customer service, and customer scheduling. I manage the routes for our 16-18 man crews. I am responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable. I assist the owners of this operation in their daily duties as requested, helping to maintain their appointment calendar. I am proficient in the use of our office software as well as Microsoft Office applications and Quickbooks. I have a strong ability to coordinate internal and external communications. I am very good at creating organizational systems for a more efficient work environment and maintaining records for customer service calls and new estimates.
